Over the years we have had many inquiries from prospects leaving an employee leasing relationship about HR support. We could have provided the same kind of HR support as many of the employee leasing companies, which consist of having a personnel manual and FAXing an appropriate page to a client's question, but we would not have felt comfortable providing that type of support.

Now we have teamed up with a company called HR Answer to provide answers to questions clients may have. HR Answer is accessed via the internet; we have a link on our web site under Client Resources.

In addition to answers to human resource questions, HR Answer also has job descriptions, employee handbooks, and forms which can be downloaded from their web site and since they are word documents they can be customized to fit individual client needs. If the client can't find a form or job description they need, they may request a custom form at no additional charge.

An important feature of HR Answer is the "Ask The Pro" availability. If a client has a specific question, perhaps about terminating an employee, they can just email their question and it will be answered within 24 hours.

The cost is very reasonable, $5 per week for complete access to the web site and the ability to "Ask The Pro".
